BOPM Owns three state-of-art Forging foundries, which specialize in manufacturing a wide range of high-end forgings for products throughout oil and gas industry, including API 16A, 6A, 6D, 16C Valves forging, Large-size forging for onshore & offshore Drilling & Production equipment, Mud pump & Frac pump Fluid end.
§ World-class facility of forging, heat treatment & machining since 2001.
§ The total area of 30 acres facility, including 15 acres workshop, employment of more than 800 veteran craftsman, mechanic & engineers.
§ Products are used throughout oil and gas industry. 4,000 ton monthly capacity for Large and medium sized forging materials various from AISI 410、4130、4140 、4340 、 8620、8630、LF2 steels, etc.
§ 2 ton,5 ton and 8 ton Open die forging hammers,3150 ton vertical hydraulic press, Ring-rolling and heat treatment line.
§ Inspection device: spectrometer, UT, MT, PT, Metallographic Microscope, Tensile Impact and hardness tester
§ API Q1, API-20b-11, PED, GL, CCS, PED, BV certificates.
